Réalisée pour le compte de la SEMSAMAR, le projet Les Terrasses de la Marina est une opération de 95 logements locatifs de type intermédiaires. Le projet regroupe deux bâtiments de 8 étages sur deux niveaux de sous-sols. Située dans le nouveau quartier de l’Etang Z’ABRICOTS à Fort de France, cette résidence à une vue imprenable sur la nouvelle marina de Fort de France.

Carried out on behalf of SEMSAMAR, the Les Terrasses de la Marina project is an operation of 95 middle income rental units. The project brings together two 8-storey buildings on two levels of basement. Located in the new L'Etang Z’ABRICOTS neighborhood in Fort de France, this residence boasts breathtaking views of the new Fort de France marina.
