Located on high ground, at the entrance of the town center of Saint Joseph, this set of 12 buildings (type GR + 2) with 68 middle income and social rental dwellings was built on behalf of SEMAG, a local government entity with a thematic settlement for the 28 PLS type housing for seniors.
