Les premières sociétés du Groupe SETIM ont été créées en janvier 2002. La SAS IMMOSEPH holding active du Groupe SETIM, a été créée en juillet 2004. Elle chapeaute aujourd’hui un groupe de sociétés qui interviennent dans différents métiers de l’immobilier et de la construction, reconnues sous la dénomination « Groupe SETIM ».
Ce Groupe est structuré autour de 3 pôles :

Who are we ?
The first companies of the SETIM Group were created in January 2002. IMMOSEPH, an active company of the SETIM Group holding, was created in July 2004. Today, it oversees a group of companies which operate in various real estate and construction areas and is recognized under the name "SETIM Group".

Its two main shareholders and managers, Monique SEPHOCLE and her brother Marcel SEPHOCLE are experienced professionals with complementary skills:
• Monique SEPHOCLE is an Engineer who graduated from the top Engineering School in Paris, France, “Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics” (Graduate School of Engineering and public Works), 1987, earning a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and MBA from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Paris 1989.
After initially working in the private sector in mainland France, first in construction engineering with the ARCOBA company (formerly ICADE Group), then in property development at SEGECE (BNP Paribas Group), she joined in 1993 SEMAFF, a public-private entity (Economy Mixed) in charge development for the city of Fort de France, where she worked for 9 years. At SEMAFF, she held the position of Director of Development for 5 years, before creating SETIM Group in January 2002.
• Marcel SEPHOCLE, graduated from Sciences Po Paris in 1989, with a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne.
After holding a post in public service in mainland France, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then at the Ministry of Culture, in 1991 he joined the private sector in Martinique (Biometal and Caribbean Expansion). In 1996 he began to use at the local level the experience gleaned at the national level and worked on drafting economic development policy for the city of Fort-de-France, with the aim of attracting companies to its areas of urban revitalization. At the end of 2002, he joined SETIM Group.
